Business Development Lead - Rathnapura / Kalutara/ Gampaha / Anuradhapura / Matara
Job Responsibilities
Canvass group business among Institutions, Corporate, and Retail Sector and individuals in the Region.
Guide customers on how to minimize risks maximize profits in relation to all business verticals across the First Capital group with competitive pricing.
- Achieve growth and profitability targets.
Organize presentations & workshops for clients as appropriate.
To be aware of the present market conditions and their impact, target market for our existing products, short list customers and set up
marketing pitches.
Provide value addition to customers through
market information/development so that
customers are kept updated.
Responsible for day-to-day administration functions of the branch / virtual branch.
Analyze the market, including competitors and consumers and monitor competitor activities in the region and make appropriate recommendations to the management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and set controls and procedures.

Person Specifications
3 years' work experience either in a bank or financial institution with a minimum of 1 year in sales or previous acceptable work experience in investment banking/treasury sales related work.
A keen interest in capital markets and related products.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Networking ability with excellent PR skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A Degree or professional qualification from
a recognized institution would be an advantage.
