- Senior Human Resources Executive (Full-Time)
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate hiring processe and new employee integration.
Handle queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues according to policies.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Liasie with the labour department for EPF, ETF and Payee tax.
Generate reports to track HR metrics and aid decision-making.
Requirements:
HND or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-2 years experience in HR related roles.
Familiarity with MS Office.
Senior Payroll/HR Executive (Full-Time)
Key responsibilities:
Manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliation for efficient cash flow management.
Prepare accurate financial reports for informed decision-making.
Record day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks software.
Liasie with the labour department for EPF, ETF and Payee tax.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize budget utilization.
Requirements:
Fully or partly qualified in Chartered Accountant in Sri Lanka (CA) or in other similar qualifications such as AAT/CIMA/ICASL/ACCA.
Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
