We are looking for a Payroll Officer

Wonder Bridge IT Solutions (PVT) Ltd is a company to engage in various business activities including IT Solutions, Web development and IT outsourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll transactions accurately and timely
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related items
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and best practices
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
