We are looking for a Payroll Officer
Wonder Bridge IT Solutions (PVT) Ltd is a company to engage in various business activities including IT Solutions, Web development and IT outsourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related items
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and best practices
- Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
