Transco Consolidation (Pvt) Ltd has been established to offer a faster & reliable LCL cargo service for its overseas partners in Indian Sub Continent, Middle East, Africa & Europe for their imports & Exports requirements by connecting Australia through Colombo hub port.
Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive - Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent relationship with the customers
- Plan and implement customer retention strategies and new customer development strategies to generate inquiries
Capable of delivering sales targets on a monthly basis
Manage clients' credit exposure as per company guidelines
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Full or partial professional qualification
- Strong selling, negotiations & people's skills
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- More than 1-3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
Executive - Customer Service
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow day-to-day operations of the Customer Services Department to guarantee customers are serviced to their utmost satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to fulfill customer requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure timely responses to agent/customer maintaining accuracy.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in emails, MS Excel & MS Word
- Previous Experience similar job role would be a definite advantage
