We are looking for dynamic exposed individuals with a proven track record, to take over the management of our cafés. The right candidates will possess the drive, attitude & engagement necessary to ensure the entrusted facility is managed to the highest standards.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Locations - Colombo & Nuwara Eliya
- 5-7 years international experience, managing an upscale, casual dining operation (fast food experience insufficient). Must be a trained Barrista
- Ability to manage the location P&L
- Handling of planning, procurement, recruitment & training, operations & MIS systems
- Ability to deliver the required service standards to all stakeholders
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed
