Key Responsibilities
Realize your ambitions with Delmege! Assistant Manager-Tax
- Follow up and ensure timely tax payments and return filling.
Maintain proper and detailed records relating to Tax computations.
Assist in developing tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position and minimize liabilities.
Represent the company at the IRD in all discussions, interviews, and reviews.
Review and validate monthly tax computations by the SBUS for monthly accounting including deferred tax.
Prepare periodic tax reports and presentations for management, highlighting key tax issues, risks, and opportunities.
Work closely with outside tax consultants in all related matters.
Conduct training sessions for staff on tax-related matters to enhance overall compliance awareness.
Key Requirements
Degree in Finance and/or full/Part professional qualification in finance
3-5 years of relevant experience in tax preparation, compliance preferably in a corporate or public accounting firm setting.
Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
