We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Assistant to join Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and Maldives. Adding to its portfolio, the much-anticipated project valued at 1 Billion USD Cinnamon Life Integrated Resorts, will be opening soon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in check-in and check-out processes as per the brand standards.
  • Check on VIP guest movements and completion of their pre-registration formalities.
  • Attend to all guests' requirements and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on various guest requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess

  • An excellent command of the English language.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity in a five-star property.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Ability to operate in a computerized environment with a thorough knowledge in MS Office packages.
  • Preferably a diploma/professional qualification in Hospitality Management from a recognized Professional Institution
