Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should have GCE O/L & GCE A/L qualification.
  • Passion for customer service and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Sinhala and English. Proficiency in Tamil language will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
