ASSISTANT MANAGER -

ADMIN AND HR

JOB PROFILE

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Provide administrative and training support to the team. Responsible for timely submission of attendance records to process payroll.
  • Liaise with the EPF/ETF and Labour Department regarding employee/employer Contributions.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualifications in HR. Minimum 01 year work experience in similar capacity Attention to details and work with minimum supervision

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Computer literacy
  • Dynamic team skills
  • Ability to work under pressure are plus points
