JOB PROFILE
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Provide administrative and training support to the team. Responsible for timely submission of attendance records to process payroll.
- Liaise with the EPF/ETF and Labour Department regarding employee/employer Contributions.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualifications in HR. Minimum 01 year work experience in similar capacity Attention to details and work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer literacy
- Dynamic team skills
- Ability to work under pressure are plus points
