WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field from a recognized university or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 03 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Proficiency in handling SAP system will be an added advantage.
Demonstrate strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods & report generation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet demandCoordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and goals. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse processes.
Ability to identify & resolve operational issues or challenges that may arise during warehouse/ distribution operation.
