JOB TITLE: MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER - WAREHOUSE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility of operation and monitoring for all activities and personnel of Warehouse for Navesta Pharmaceutical Injection and Oral Solid Dosage plant. (all warehouses/all stores included).
- Responsible for establishing operation, policies, guidelines, process for newly built central warehouse in accordance with cGMP compliance and Good Warehouse Practices.
- Responsible for supervising, planning, and coordinating the warehouse material receipts, storage, sampling, dispensing, Issuance, and goods dispatch along with cross functional departments.
- Responsible for supervising, assigning, and planning task allocation and shift management for all warehouse employees as per the requirements.
- Responsible for monitoring warehouse occupancy and utilization as per demand and requirement.
- Responsible for handling of deviation, change controls, investigation, and incidences for warehouse as per established Electronic QMS System and tracking of action items.
- Responsible for Writing, Reviewing, Approving of SOP, Protocols, Deviations and Change Controls for warehouse department.
- Responsible to follow and Ensure cGMP, GDP, Regulatory and company Policy compliance for warehouse department.
- Responsible for monitoring and verification of stocks details, accuracy and ensuring online transaction into ERP system.
- Responsible for training and maintaining training records of warehouse department personnels.
- Planning and coordination of dispatch of goods for clients with Cross functional department.
- Responsible for primary contact for all internal & external regulatory and financial audits pertaining to plant for warehouse department.
- Establishing reorder level for consumables and maintaining sufficient stock in hand for routine site operation.
- Responsible to monitor/Implement KPI's to measure and track operational performance.
- Responsible for monitoring and implementing safe and secure working environment within department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 10 years above warehouse operation experience with leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, SAP ERP experience candidate is preferred.
- Good interpersonal, leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge on Inventory Management, Supply chain Management and analytical skills.
- Ability to anticipate hurdles in daily operations & action plan to tackle.
