Analyst - Group Payroll
Job Profile:
- Assist in the development & maintenance of an Information System on OBIEE/Power BI for the Group Executive Payroll Function
- Ensure alignment of the system to suit changes in Business Processes, Management & Functional level User's Information requirements
- Assist in the processing of Group Executive Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payroll-related projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics with 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analytics Role
- Full or Part Qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA will be an added advantage
- Strong Analytical Skills with a keen eye for attention to details
- Experience in working with a Data Visualization Tool such as Power BI/OBIEE Will be a definite advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
