ASSISTANT MANAGER - PROCUREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source for the supplier with the best quality as well as most competitive pric goods

  • Supply quality

  • Handle the end-to-end process of procurement

  • Ensuring the proper tracking of requisitions and purchase orders and update database

  • Negotiate with supplier and prepares contract, purchase order and change orders documents

  • Maintain relationship with key supplier and actively engage to address issues

  • Ensure compliance of established purchasing policies and procedures. Conduct ongoing reviews of same and implement continuous improvements where required

  • Analyze reports on market trends, supply and demand, and status of orders

  • Identify cost saving opportunities that will enhance the profitability of the company

REQUIREMENTS

A diploma degree in supply chain management, Logistic, Business administration or a related field.

Proficiency in data analytics, Ms office and other analytical tools

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to material handlings

  • Minimum two year of experience in a similar capacity

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
