This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage HR operations while also ensuring smooth administrative processes to support the overall functioning of the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in similar capacity

Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR and admin initiatives with overall business goals

Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners
