Requirements:
- Active, matured candidates in good health preferably in the age group between 45 to 55 years
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy with hands-on experience in MS Office Packages
- Past exposure in office administrative functions would be an added advantage
Responsibilities: Effective management of
- Ongoing transactions and daily reporting of progress to the CEO
- Administration & HR functions
- Monitoring timely maintenance of office equipment
- Sourcing of advertising and promotional materials
- A team player willing to accept challenges in a collaborative working environment
- Ability to work closely with Lawyers, Lending Institutions, Local Authority Institutions and other statutory bodies in finalizing transactions
- Holding a valid Driving or Riding License would be an added advantage
- Matters related to ISO Audits/Standard Operating Procedures
- Liaising with outsourced service providers and monitoring their delivery quality and standards
An attractive remuneration package inclusive of an allowance for traveling. (negotiable based on your qualifications, skills and experience)
Incentives: Monthly & Half Yearly on attainment of collective performance goals (Upon confirmation in employment)
Performance Bonus: Half-Yearly (Eligible from the start of 2nd year in employment)
