We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Chief Engineer at our engineering facility located within the Production Plant in Seeduwa. The preferred candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, exceptional supervisory skills and a proven track record of effective collaboration with diverse teams.

CHIEF ENGINEER
The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the seamless operation of all mechanical & electrical engineering tasks, including the machinery within the distillery, production plant and associated areas as well as electrical distribution systems and related appliances inclusive of repairs, maintenance and modification/fabrication. By providing technical guidance to our engineering team, the Chief Engineer will aim to optimize resource utilization and uphold high standards to continuously enhance our manufacturing processes and product quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized University with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.
A Masters' Degree in the related field from a recognized university would be considered advantageous.
A minimum of ten years of professional experience in a similar responsibilities within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the beverage sector.
Male candidate below 50 years of age.
Preference would be given to applicants residing in close proximity to Seeduwa.
