ASSISTANT MANAGER - CONTACT CENTER
Previous experience in working at Call Centre for more than 05 Years with minimum 03 years in a similar role Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
An empathetic and competent individual with good leadership, monitoring, coaching & communication skills. Strong customer service-oriented and go-getter to achieve targets with the full operational team
TEAM LEADER - CONTACT CENTER
Previous experience in working at Call Centre for more than 05 Years
Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
