We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic call centre team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and generate revenue through outbound calls. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by identifying potential customers, presenting our products or services, and persuasively addressing customer needs and objections. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions, upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Maintain a basic level of SEO knowledge to effectively answer questions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner to close sales.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or similar sales role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the team's overall success.
