Assistant Manager - Call Center

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end call center operation of the Company.
  • Recruit, Train and develop of call center team.
  • Supervise the call center operation and ensure the delivery of allocated targets
  • Preparation of Management reports related to call Center operations.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to canvas existing / new customers.
  • Randomly listen to call conversations of call center officers & lead management executives, rectify any service lapses, to ensure quality of customer services.
  • Handling all administration work related to the call center operation.
  • Schedule and participate weekly basis center lead management performance review meetings with the Director Marketing/Senior manager marketing.
  • Liaising with IT department to ensure the new modifications in CRM system/testing/ monitoring live system/reports, pertaining to the call center and lead nurturing operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Should have a minimum of 3 years experience with exposure to Call Center Operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Be positive with the right attitude to achieve the expected targets.
  • A flair for serving the customer right.
  • Firm adherence to compliance, company policies, procedures and accuracy in work.
