Assistant Manager - Call Center
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end to end call center operation of the Company.
- Recruit, Train and develop of call center team.
- Supervise the call center operation and ensure the delivery of allocated targets
- Preparation of Management reports related to call Center operations.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to canvas existing / new customers.
- Randomly listen to call conversations of call center officers & lead management executives, rectify any service lapses, to ensure quality of customer services.
- Handling all administration work related to the call center operation.
- Schedule and participate weekly basis center lead management performance review meetings with the Director Marketing/Senior manager marketing.
- Liaising with IT department to ensure the new modifications in CRM system/testing/ monitoring live system/reports, pertaining to the call center and lead nurturing operations.
Candidate Profile
- Should have a minimum of 3 years experience with exposure to Call Center Operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Be positive with the right attitude to achieve the expected targets.
- A flair for serving the customer right.
- Firm adherence to compliance, company policies, procedures and accuracy in work.
