IT Admin - Badulla Factory

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge as an IT Admin. The ideal candidate should possess the following
Job Role
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Supervising and monitoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Manage user identities & access controls using Azure Active Directory (AAD) & identity & Access Management (IAM) principles.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
Experience in CCTV & PABX configurations.
Individual Profile
- Higher national diploma in Networking or Computing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Network Security or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Two (2) years of related experience in a similar role.
- Should possess strong intellect of Domain Environment, Azure, 0365, Networking
- (Cisco), Firewall, Information Security, PABX knowledge and experience in utilizing RMM and service Automation Tools.
- Should be able to effectively communicate and liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to facilitate interactive sessions with subject matter experts and end users.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team-based environment.
- Age between 20-35 years.
- Ability to work under pressure.
