Junior Executive Human Resource
As a Junior Executive Human Resource, you will provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR operations of the organizations.
Our Requirements are...
- Following a degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 1-2 Years of relevant work experience in a HR field.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Using HR Systems and a Sound knowledge in MS Office Package.
- Maintain Employee Personal files documents physical and E folders.
- Draft all kind of employee/department related letters.
- Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.

We produce roughly 6 million sustainable garments annually with a headcount of circa 3,500 members across our five production plants, central warehouse and head office based in Sri Lanka, with our Sales & Marketing office operating in London.
