Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, students, and parents with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information
- Assist with student admissions, registration, and enrollment processes
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for administrative staff and faculty
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the education sector
- Pleasing personality with passion for PR (Females will be given priority)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Relevant qualification preferred
