PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Our client is a leading logistics and supply services provider in Sri Lanka. They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, result-oriented individual to join their team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to allocate resources and execute project tasks.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project requirements and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during project execution, seeking timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g. HVCA)
Age below 40
- Candidates around the Colombo area are preferred.
