WE'RE LOOKING FOR A
- PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
- Monitor & manage the sewing production process to ensure the production process is carried out as per delivery schedule and approved budget.
- Conduct a daily meeting with the production supervisors to monitor actual production achievements.
- Against the planned the loss time quality and technical issues and provide the solutions. Responsible in planning efficiency and SAH (Standard Achieved Hours).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Production Management and equivalent professional Qualification. Operation Management, Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in production and planning.
- Age below 40 years & Salary Negotiable.
QUALITY SUPERVISOR
- Sound knowledge in garment production process cycle with expert understanding in entire quality process to finish garment.
- Controlling Quality at different stages of garment manufacturing.
- Quality auditing with AQL.
- Time management and achieving targets in cost-controlled environment.
- Maintain and comply with customer compliance requirements throughout the process.
- Working closely with management and supervising and motivating teams.
Relevant qualification in Apparel/Textile Quality Control from recognized institute (GIMI/CITI/SLITA).
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in garment industry.
PATTERN MAKER (Only Female)
- Certificate in pattern making and grading from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual pattern making and grading as well as on a computer system.
- Experience in pattern making for knitted and woven garments.
- Modify patterns as per customer comments.
- Should be responsible for sample Development to production.
- Must be a self-motivated team player.
- Age below 35 years & Salary Negotiable.
