Executive- Customer Service (Contract)

John Keells Properties leads the charge on the property development and real estate sector in Sri Lanka, with a significant portfolio of real estate in Colombo and the suburbs.

Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of an Executive- Customer Service to be a part of its iconic project Cinnamon Life.

Job Profile

  • Work closely with the Sales & Engineering team to ensure that customers are up to date with regards to the Projects
  • Responsible for managing customization process in compliance with the set customization guidelines
  • Respond to customer queries and requests
  • Arranging site visits
  • Responsible for achieving the collection targets within the stipulated guideline
  • Responsible for Inspection of apartments prior to handover
  • Responsible for managing customer relationship during defects liability period

Personal Profile

  • Part or Fully qualified with a Degree/ Professional Qualification in a relevant field
  • 1 year prior experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills and writing skills in English
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • IT Literacy
  • Ability to work long hours
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
