CALL CENTRE ASSISTANT
Location: Panadura, Sri Lanka
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing first-class customer service and support, ensuring that our customers' queries, orders, and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
- Follow up on customer interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Passion for cycling and the bicycle industry is highly desirable.
