SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER - CORPORATE OFFICE (WATTALA)
JOB ROLE
PORATEOFFIC
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques.
Collaborate with the design team to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
Ensure product ranges align with the business strategy outlined by the Head of Design.
Create tech packs with detailed technical specifications for developments.
Ensure all technical details and style specifications are discussed with the pattern and 3D design team to develop 2D and 3D styles as per brand requirements.
Ensure the developed styles are adhering to set brand standards and aligned to cost metrics.
Present story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers.
Create presentations (Digital) for 3D collections and product presentations.
Arrange product display with creative visual merchandising, for Buyer Meetings.
Good knowledge on circular designing and sustainability.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in design, or equivalent qualifications in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Fashion Designing with excellent design and conceptual skills.
Strong creativity skills and the vision to turn briefs into creative projects.
In-depth knowledge of CAD tools. (Microsoft PPT/XL and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
3D virtual design will be an added advantage qualification.
Age below 35 years.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills and work in a team-based environment.
