IT SUPPORT: EXECUTIVE/TECHNICIAN/TRAINEE
POSITION: IT Executive / Technician / Trainee (Hardware / Software) - Field Service
We are an escalating technology company in the "Information Technology Services" space, is looking for competent "IT Support Executives" to work in Our Nugegoda office immediately.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should be an excellent Team player with a pleasing personality.
- Be committed to 'Exceptional' customer service at all times.
- Ability to work with international clients in multiple time zones
- Support end users in troubleshooting and resolving of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, UPS, CCTV, Servers, to corporate Clients.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRMENTS
- Degree or Professional qualification in Information Technology from a recognized university
- Good Knowledge in IT Equipment's (Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, UPS, CCTV, Firewall Configuration, Software Installations & Troubleshooting)
- Certifications on Windows, Networking, and infrastructure related subjects would be a definite advantage Minimum 2 Years Experience in Related Field IT Technicians
- Minimum 3 Years Experience In Related Field IT Executives
- Diploma / Certifications ICT followers will also consider as Trainees.
- Microsoft & CISCO Certifications added to advantages
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Self-Driven, energetic and the ability to perform under minimum supervision
- Must Have Valid Driving / Riding License.
