Komar Brands is seeking a skilled Project Manager, who will be working closely with Komar New Jersey Project Managers.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning to implementation, to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management
➤ Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
➤ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
➤ Strong leadership and team management skills
➤ Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
➤ Proficiency in project management software and tools
Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
Manage project scope and change requests
Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date
Coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors
Identify and resolve project conflicts
Track and report project status to stakeholders
- ▸ Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
