Assistant Manager for Inbound Tours
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the inbound business activity, including planning, purchasing, reservations and operations
Oversee and organize inbound tours in Sri Lanka and neighboring countries
Effective business communication with colleagues at headquarters and other H.I.S. operations across the globe
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service
Encouraging staffs to work effectively
Job Requirements:
5 years and more Inbound Travel experience is required
Candidates must have excellent command in business level English to correspond and coordinate with clients
Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage
Exceptional ability to negotiate the contract with hotels and suppliers
Engage in budget planning and focus on establishing land tariffs. Facilitate the coordination of bookings, reservations, operations with H.I.S. Japan
- Require international travel for the purpose of training and conducting sales visits
The above job will be subject to six-month probation period
Salary Negotiable
- Attractive salary, annual bonus, chance to travel overseas for sales calls
