Job description
- Conceptualize new product releases.
- Ensure new items are developed and launched successfully.
Qualifications
- 4 years bakery / food development experience with knowledge of food standards and regulations.
- Ensure existing items are documented and inventory is managed accurately.
- Develop SOPs, ensuring training and transfer of knowledge to team.
- Source relevant ingredients.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication.
- Experience in recipe formulation and raw material sourcing.
- Working knowledge of Excel/SheetsAble to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
