Assistant Manager-HR
Lankem Ceylon PLC, a leading private sector conglomerate offering solutions in Agriculture, Paints, Industrial Chemicals, PEST Management is seeking for a vibrant individual to join our diverse team as the Assistant Manager - Human Resources.
The selected candidate shall carry out the end-to-end employee life cycle movement activities in a timely manner whilst leading talent acquisition and the exit formalities of the company. He/She shall collaborate closely with the Executive Committee pertaining to all human capital requirements and report directly to the Head of HR.
Candidates possessing a degree/professional qualification in HR with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with exceptional networking skills coupled with thorough knowledge on employment laws/regulations are encouraged to apply with the names of non-related referees to [email protected] within 7 days of this advertisement.
