Executive Assistant to
Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Head Office

Job Profile
- Managing COO's calendar/agenda by assisting in planning meetings, conferences, and appointments etc. Keeping the COO updated about the day's schedule every morning on a daily basis
- Scheduling appointments and meetings directly connecting with internal and external stakeholders being the COO's focal point of contact
- Attending meetings as per COO's requests, getting meeting minutes recorded and subsequently circulating it among the relevant stakeholders when required
- Coordinating with relevant department heads in order to conduct project and departmental updates for the COO's review
- Managing and handling of COO's correspondence such as emails, letters, and packages etc. in a timely manner. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
- Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a good command of English and Sinhala
- Very good English writing skills
- Sound knowledge in MS Office package
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
A professional qualification would be an added advantage
