Full time
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, including systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Terminate and troubleshoot network and CCTV issues
- Troubleshoot help desk tickets in a timely manner Provide technical support when required
- Eligibility
- Knowledge in network cabling and termination
- Experience in CCTV and software installation (Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, virus guard solutions, Microsoft, and other software).
- Good knowledge on PC hardware assembling and troubleshooting
- Certificate or Diploma in hardware and networking (preferably at NVQ Level 4)
- Experience in the hardware and networking field will be an added advantage Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ideal candidate should be below 25 years
