System Support Engineer

We are looking for a system support engineers to support LALCO staff at Laos. Join our team at our Sri Lankan office, where you'll have the opportunity to provide remote support to our staff in Laos or relocate to Laos for onsite work.
Responsibilities
- Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Provide onsite support at client locations on behalf of service delivery teams and resolve technical issuesPerform system analysis and recommend improvements.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure they operate at optimal efficiency, inspect refrigerant levels, and ensure all components function correctly.
- Vendor management and adept at coordination with internal application teams to troubleshoot issues.
Requirements and skills
- Recent ICT graduate with 1 to 2 years experience in a L1 IT support role or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Desktop Support.
- Server Support.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
A team player with a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed.
