Are you an experienced and dynamic individual looking for a leadership position? Medihelp Hospitals chain is currently seeking a dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall performance of the contact center.

Ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers.

  • To provide accurate information about services and specialist consultant.
  • Lead a team of dedicated call center agents and monitor performance metrics.
  • Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve KPI targets and business goals related to call center operations.

Qualifications / Experiences

Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or relevant field. Solid understanding of call center performance measuring and reporting. Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/systems.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.

Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantages.

  • Proven track record in call center management.
