Join Our Team as HR Executive for Call Center Operations!
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and support a dynamic team? Look no further! We are seeking a qualified HR Executive with experience in a similar field to join our call center operations. As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our call center operation by managing various HR functions. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our call center team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager to Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist HR Manager to Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Age between 25-35 years
