EXECUTIVE - RECOVERIES
- Location - Head office/Kurunaga
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Be able to achieve allocated monthly recovery targets, using stipulated and sustainable methods.
- Schedule field visits and conduct investigations to follow-up with customers on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Assist the regional recovery coordinator in negotiating with customers to achieve the best possible agreement in settling the outstanding balances.
- Be able to keep clear records and understanding about allocated portfolio and customers. Be innovative and mindful about potential process improvements for increased efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on work experience in a reputed licensed finance company/bank is a must.
- Possess a valid riding/driving license is desired.
- Professional qualification in marketing/business management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala (verbal proficiency in Tamil would be a definite advantage).
- High level of integrity and commitment towards the company and self.
- High literacy in IT and MS office packages.
- Ablility of working under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high
