- possess branch banking experience with exposure to credit related work will be a definite advantage
- possess a fair knowledge on the legal documentation work
- possess excellent negotiation skills / good communication skills
- possess good analytical skills
- be a self motivator and good team player
You will be responsible for;
handling the allocated portfolio of acquired assets to dispose the assets to reduce the NP levels.
effective use of all the channels [Print media, digital channels including Internal and real-
estate websites, social media and realtor base etc.] to promote and fast track the disposal of acquired
assets.
negotiating with existing client/buyers for possible settlement of dues
preparation of settlement papers to finalize the settlements / disposal of acquired assets
assisting the Litigation work related to the Acquired Assets
periodic visits to maintain/monitor the Acquired Assets
updating reports requested by the management/Regulator on monthly or Quarterly basis.
