Its mandatory to ensure all quotations/tenders are prepared for the sales team to submit to customers on time.
- To have a good understanding of the company products & service offerings whilst updating the above on a continuous basis.
- To coordinate with finance department to ensure the bid bonds are received on time.
- To be responsible for the tender/quotations registration every year.
- To send the weekly funnels to the sales team & to ensure the updated funnels from the team To follow up on payment collection
- Answer Telephone calls & give information to callers, take messages or transfer call to appropriate individuals.
- To be responsible for maintaining MRF's for the team & to send a report to logistics team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Professional qualifications in Sales/marketing or equivalent academic background.
Should have 01 year of experience in sales & handling quotations/tenders in government or private sector accounts.
Excellent knowledge in preparing tenders/Quotations/bid bonds
Should be below 35 years of age.
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.
Should be a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and has the ability to work in a flexible working environment.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and must be a team player who has a can-do attitude.
