Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management
  • Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Willing to work on Saturdays, with the option to take a weekday off during such weeks

Responsibilities

Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including providing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation

Managing and organizing all administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the office

Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team

  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations

Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including liaising with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements

  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion

Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management
