We are looking for an Executive - Loyalty & CRM to play a key role in driving our consumer strategy and targeted campaigns.

  • The role is within the Loyalty and CRM function of Softlogic One, the Softlogic Group's Loyalty Rewards Program. The candidate will be required to work cross-functionally with IT, Operations and the Marketing teams of Softlogic Group Companies to formulate and implement loyalty strategies and initiatives.
  • The candidate will need to assist in the delivery of the Loyalty Rewards Program across current and future sectors of the group, including Fashion, Supermarkets, Consumer Electronics, Furniture, Restaurants, Healthcare, and Insurance.
  • Should be passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers whilst leveraging new technologies to drive loyalty and competitive advantage.
  • Effectively explore all opportunities of enhancing customer experience and retention by improving our customer loyalty base through accurate customer database audits.
  • Conducting periodic training to outlet staff to ensure competency across the board about the loyalty processes and standards.
  • Assisting with marketing campaign-related activities of the Loyalty Rewards Program.
  • Monitoring outlet KPIs.
  • Assisting with customer communication tools/systems to communicate offers.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

2 years' experience in a CRM or Loyalty based role.

Experience in developing and improving Loyalty business processes to increase program efficiency.

  • University Degree holder in Business or Marketing.

  • Demonstrate the ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and motivated with a flexible attitude towards work.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest an improvement.

Competent in working with MS Excel.

Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
