Candidate Profile:
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player
- Possess good written and communication skill, Fluent in English
- Regional Indian languages will be an added advantage
- Good computer literacy and ability to handle CRM
- Experience in customer service/ CRM will be definite added advantage
- Knowledge in KYC will be an added advantage
