Our client is one of the largest diversified conglomerates listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange with a strong business presence in multiple sectors. They are seeking a dynamic and outstanding individual with an exceptional track record to join the Company as Group Chief Executive Officer.
GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The ideal candidate should be a dynamic, results-oriented, versatile Business Leader to orchestrate senior leadership teams in strategic business units. Energy, drive and foresight are prerequisites to perform this role. The incumbent has to play a proactive role in the value chains of the entire Group and should have a focused mindset to deliver results.
Taking the lead in this position, you will:
- Be the catalyst in taking the Group to the next stage of development.
- Ensure the desired results of the sectors are consistent with the overall strategy of the Group.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives for improvements in efficiencies and synergies.
- Hold an outstanding track record with exceptional career achievements.
- Play a lead role in international expansions.
- Have exposure in multiple sectors.
Requirements:
- Academic and/or professional qualifications from reputed universities and professional bodies.
- Minimum 20 years' experience, of which 15 years are in Senior Management.
A market-based remuneration package is offered to the right candidate reflecting the level of skill and experience.
