JUNIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Role
- Ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff involved in board cutting, board edging, and other production processes.
Oversee the production of melamine-related furniture, including assembly and finishing processes. Train and mentor production staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in melamine board production, with full knowledge of melamine board production.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to manufacturing operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using computer software for production tracking and reporting.
