You should ideally;
- Junior Executive
- PFS Recoveries Department

- possess approximately 6-8 years experience in relevant field
- previous exposure to retail recoveries in a bank / financial institution will be a definite advantage
- possess a fair knowledge in MS office and branch operations
- possess good analytical, team working and leadership skills
- be fluent in English & Sinhala. Fluency in Tamil will be a definite advantage

You will be responsible for,
- daily monitoring of delinquent portfolios of personal loans, housing loans & MSME loans.
- analyzing personal loans & housing loans NP clients portfolios in obtaining approvals to transfer files identified to R&R and litigation and recovery agencies for further proceedings.
- communicating with branches on PFS facilities to be classified if not recovered during the month, and following up closely on same.
- preparation of reports and handling system related matters.
