Controller Investment & Reporting (Executive)

In Kalutara, Continental produces a wide range of solid tires and is exporting them into more than 50 markets all over the world. Solid tires are used for forklifts and other industry applications.

We are on the lookout for an experienced individual to join our Controlling Department as Controller Investment & Reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Cost/benefit analysis of Capital Requests, including evaluation of project P/L, Discounted Cash Flow analysis, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period.

. Creation WBS Structure for projects.

Controlling of Plan, Forecast and Actual for all Investments and Spendings (GPA, RPE).

Maintain SAP-IMPS module for investment/project timely and accurately and ensure no overspend.

Coordinating PCA and PCA milestones (Post Completion Audit).

Initiate changes for more accurate cost capturing, transparent reporting and cost efficiency. Preparation of the monthly Spendings Reporting for Budget, FC and Actual.

Cashflow calculation for Investments.

EBITS.

Support & assist the Engineering Project Leaders prepare Capital Requests and carry out follow ups. Inform user (Engineers) about the Capital Request progress.

Analysing the real necessity of purchasing requisitions (Using CEOS to approve purchase orders).

Budget and forecast foreign exposure, cash flow and amount of spending.

Coordinate and cooperate between IMPS and AA team to determine the depreciation.

Assist on the annual Budget process and D-Charts preparation.

Qualification and experiences

  • Finalist / Qualified in Chartered Accounting / CIMA /

ACCA/CPA with an Academic degree in Finance or Management.
