In Kalutara, Continental produces a wide range of solid tires and is exporting them into more than 50 markets all over the world. Solid tires are used for forklifts and other industry applications. We are on the lookout for an experienced individual to join our HR Department as HR Business Partner & Recruitment.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle the recruitment & sourcing process for all levels in the plant.
  • Support, guide, manage and recognize the employees in talent and performance management process.
  • Steer the leadership & talent development programs, and continuous developing of the trainings & competency management.
  • Handle employee engagement activities & HR communication.
  • Manage labor & legal relations and internal client relationships.
  • Guide the Employees and superior in managing the conflict resolution, employee relations issues and act as a corporate representative for the outside organizations.
  • Prepare HR master data, report the HR related data, & update the system.
  • Ensure effective administration of processes, policies & compliances and coordinate the interfaces to the service centers.
  • Develop, implement and lead the new HR related services, processes and projects.
  • Handle off-boarding process.
  • Develop & support HR related IT systems.
  • Handle other assigned HR related activities.

Qualification and experiences

Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or related area from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in HR field.
  • Familiar with MS office, E-mailing, Internet and HRIS systemsGood written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
