The B P De Silva Group, a leading Sri Lankan group of company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Maintenance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and ensuring the optimal performance of our critical building systems, including:
- CHILLER AC SYSTEMS
- MACHINERY
- SOLAR ENERGY INSTALLATIONS
GROUP MAINTAINERS EXECUTIVE / TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all assigned equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot problems.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with external service providers when necessary.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role (3 years).
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience working with chiller AC units, machinery, and ideally, solar energy systems a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
