About the role

Reporting to our HR Manager this person will be supporting them throughout the employee lifecycle process as well as assisting the company's clients with a range of HR related administrative and reporting activities.

The core responsibilities include

  • Recruitment and selection: drafting and posting job ads, phone screening candidates, head hunting, arranging interviews with hiring managers, background and reference checking.
  • Onboarding: coordinating IT team to deliver new employee's work equipment, enrolling staff into private health care plans.
  • Access management: enabling and disabling access to various people systems.
  • Reporting: assisting with various HR metrics reporting and similar processes.
  • Events: assisting with organising staff events.

About you

To succeed in this role you will require:

  • Diploma in HRM or related qualification in HR field.
  • Strong computer literacy skills particularly MS Office and preferably G Suite.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
